EAUR Assistive Technology Tender Notice

East African University Rwanda (EAUR) has officially announced Tender No: 04/EAUR/PROC/2023-2024 for the procurement and installation of Assistive Technology (AT) equipment. This initiative, under the Erasmus+ co-funded ANSWER Project (101083032), aims to support students with disabilities at three Rwandan universities: University of Rwanda (UR), Institut d'Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES-Ruhengeri), and EAUR.

Qualified local and international bidders are invited to submit their proposals by July 29, 2024. The tender document, available at EAUR's Kigali Campus from July 15, 2024, requires a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan Francs or 10 USD. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after the submission deadline.

The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and training staff on the use of the AT equipment, which is crucial for enhancing accessibility and learning opportunities for students with disabilities.
