On Tuesday, February 25th, Sofía Cerdá, our project manager, was invited as a speaker to present the ANSWER project as a prime example of a successful Erasmus+ cooperation initiative at the DIVE Project Study Tour Conference.

The ANSWER project is playing a pivotal role in advancing the inclusion of students with disabilities (SWDs) in higher education, and evidence of this is the organization of the 1st Multi-Stakeholder Forum (March 4), followed by a Management Meeting (March 5-6)

This meeting was attended by different stakeholders, including government representatives, educational leaders, non-governmental organizations, and advocacy groups, all working together to create an inclusive and accessible education system for SWDs.

This both friendly and professional visit took place on Monday February 17, 2025 in the afternoon. He was warmly received at the INES Student Support Centre by Mrs Pauline AHIMANA, Mr William NIYONZIMA and Mr Innocent NSHIMIYIMANA.

ANSWER has recently approved our Report on status on inclusion at Higher Education level in Rwanda, prepared by the Ministry of Education Rwanda, which contains recommendations to enhance inclusion in HE and specific measures to start working for an inclusive university in a realistic way.

The ANSWER project is celebrating reaching the halfway point by sharing with you this exciting video featuring testimonials from our partners, which was first unveiled during the Erasmus+ 2025 Annual Info Day of for HE Conference, organized by the SEPIE.

Throwback to when Noelia López, our Project Coordinator, was invited to present the ANSWER project as a successful case at the Erasmus+ 2025 Annual Information Day for Higher Education Conference, organized by the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education.

On 14th December 2024, 60 students with and without disabilities of INES-SU visited UWEZO. Thank you very much to our partners INES and UWEZO for celebrating this inspiring event. Let’s celebrate their strength and show that disability is not inability!
